User Effect's First E-book!

First off, I have to apologize for the disappearing act recently. I've been hard at work on User Effect's first e-book, and I'm excited to announce that it's finally available as of today.

The book is called: "Converting The Believers: How to Turn Website Visitors into Buyers" - it's a 30-page dive into analytics, usability, and testing, and how to use them together effectively to drive online sales. The book is aimed at a business audience who may not be familiar with these topics, especially site owners who are putting money into online marketing without seeing the results they'd like.

I thought your book was fantastic - even after using website analytics for several years, I truly didn't understand the difference between a "page view", "visit", etc. and you explained it really clearly. Thank you!

Thanks, Lori. I'm trying to get back to the basics a bit - there are always elements that we hear every day and then realize we don't really understand (myself frequently included).
